It is more than just a smartphone app; and, is fully equipped with a friendly and reliable concierge team available to assist with any order needs or preferences, guaranteeing that all items are washed, dried, altered and returned in a timely manner.
Our Client, Our Priority
CreateBytes team created two applications for NimNim where one was designed and developed for service providing department and another application is developed for the customers.
NimNim required one application that was designed and developed entirely for the service providers. Therefore, this application is segmented into three use cases where one is an admin panel, one for the vendors and the last one for the drivers. Each of them will have their unique ID through which they can log in and their dashboard will vary as per their role assigned.
CreateBytes developers worked on another application for NimNim that was completely meant for the customers where they could place, track and pay for their orders. Each customer will have their unique ID through which they can log in after the first sign up and on this Unique Id will help them track their ongoing service, orders completed and an option to place new orders.
